The number one thing I hear is: "Well, no one's gonna take me seriously, 'cause I'm a brand new agent."
And, you're right. No one's going to take you seriously, until you take you seriously. Every real estate agent has to realize that they're the CEO of their own business.
There's no schedule, there's no time to check-in. It's up to you to create an opportunity for yourself. Until you have created a schedule for yourself; until you are showing up consistently for yourself, no one will show up for you.
You have to lift your eyes up, look for opportunities, and, if you think something will work, try it. TRY IT.
